I have a quick and easy St. Patty’s Day treat for you and your family this year. Growing up, I loved the classic Dirt Cup, you know the crushed Oreo’s, chocolate pudding and gummy worm. I loved it so much, my mom would make it for my class for my birthday treat.
Well, this is a fun twist on a classic dessert made just for those Lucky Leprechauns. I couldn’t help but think about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and started brainstorming what special treat I could make that looked just like that. Then it came to me! Golden Oreo’s and rainbow airheads. So that’s how this Golden Rainbow Dirt Cup came to be.
- Golden Oreo's
- Vanilla Pudding
- Airheads Xtremes
- Whipping Cream

Make pudding (or buy the pre-made pudding at the store), crush Oreo's and make the whipping cream (or buy it).

Begin layering Oreo's and pudding, until cups are full.

Add whipping cream into piping bag, with a 2A Wilton tip.

Pipe two dollops of whipping cream on opposite sides of the cup.

Place Airhead Xtremes into the whipping cream, to make the rainbow.
